I would suggest calling your local insurance companies. If you already have homeowner's insurance, then you should call that agent. If you don't have any insurance at all, just search the yellow pages for insurance agents in your area. Bigger name companies are more likely to have earthquake coverage for you. Keep in mind, however, that premiums are higher for geographical areas that typically experience more earthquakes.
