Default Help Life Insurance?

I just called Cuna Mutual Group Life Insurance and asked about my husband group accidental death and accidental dismemberment insurance which is in Family Plan. My husband is the Insured Member but it's a family plan. They told me that eventhough he is the insured member I'm also insured that whatever happens to me my husband would be the beneficiary. I called to stop my life insurance because my husband always buying life insurance for me as if he wants to kill me to get money from life insurance. They say they will going to investigate and tomorrow they will call me back. I just want to know how will I know if my husband bought another life insurance which is family plan or any other life insurance. Because this one I just found it in his file cabinet while he is on his one-week training. How will I know if my husband bought another life insurance in another insurance agent. What will I do? I'm afraid because I just came from another country and new here in USA just 3 years and he is obsessed in buying life insurance for me. The first life insurance I found out that he is the beneficiary too I called Veterans Life Insurance and closed it; this one I found is on his filing cabinet and I don't know that it is a family plan and whatever happens to me he is also the beneficiary. We dont have children together; he had five children from ex-wife

First off, AD&D insurance doesn't pay out for murder, only accidents. They fully investigate the accident to make sure there is no foul play.Although he can take out a family plan AD&D policy without you knowing he can't legally take out a regular life policy without your signature (which can be forged) and possibly an exam with blood work.If you're really scared and don't want to ask him about it you can look for other policies in his files or look in his bank book for payment to insurance companies. Other than that there is no easy way to find out if there is another policy on you. If you aren't the owner of the policy the insurance company won't tell you if a policy exists. If you suspect fraud (a forged signature) you can tell your fears to the company and let them investigate.More than likely there is no ulterior motive to his buying a policy or two but if you really suspect something call the police.

The two of you have problems beyond life insurance. In the US, we typically would want life insurance on our lives so that our spouse could maintain their lifestyle if we were gone. Perhaps there is a cultural difference that you need need to talk about. If it's not a cultural difference, you should seek out a marriage counselor.

You dont have to worry about this, if your husband is buying insurance for you why you taking this in a negative way, may be he want to secure your kid's future. You should trust him, and why you don't talk directly to him about this. And in the case of murder insurance company will not provide the claim, so don't worry.
