I have an application for an bonded title and I was told at the Dav to go to an insurance place that does surety bonds then go to a tax office to get my title problem is I don't know any insurance company to go to please help trying to get this done ASAP so I can sell this car and get rid of this headache

Your car insurance agent can probably help you with this. Or your house insurance agent. MOST agents will do this.

You cannot buy a surety bond, directly through the company, as far as I know. You cannot buy one on line. You MUST use a local agent. And because it's not a very profitable line of business, you need to use an agent that you already have OTHER business with. If you buy your insurance directly, with no agent, see if you have a parent or sibling or other relative that uses a local AGENT.

Most insurance brokers can do these simple bonds, they are called a "Defective Title Bond". You can also get them from a number of on line surety sites.
