yes, but you're not going to get any refund from the premium you paid on a bond.

Only with the prior, written consent of the oblige - the entity that the bond was issued to. And as the other party said, don't expect any money back.

All policies and bonds have cancellation provisions written in the contract.
Take a look at them they outline your rights and responsibilities.
If you have a problem understanding them, call your agent to help. He gets paid a commission to help you.
