How Do I Win This Paypal Chargeback?
I sold a faux Louis Vuitton bag to a lady in the US through IOFFER website, which she paid through paypal. it was brand new when I sent it. She receives the bag and says it was damaged and unuseable, and wants to keep the bag and get a refund. She didn't purchase insurance. She files a claim through paypal and loses, because I had a tracking number and paypal is not responsible for the"quality"of the merchandise, only shipping, for goods not sold on eBay. Two months later she files a chargeback on me. I have a USPS tracking number to prove it was delivered. I have also provided pictures to paypal of the NEW bag I had sent, as well as screenshots of the original listing and the tracking info. What can I do? What are my chances of winning? This is so unfair!
