Default I have Blue Shield Dental HMO Insurance & have had two TERRIBLE experiences. Any reco

To clarify, I need a recommendation for a new dentist that takes my insurance.

With the dentist? Or with the insurance? I am very familiar with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield products (you can IM or email me). But in general, for insurance problems, you need to call customer service and tell them you have a complaint or you want to file an appeal of a claim. You need to stay calm and have your facts straight. Remember you will be talking to someone whose job it is to answer your questions, not who screwed up your claim. If your problem is with the dentist, there again, you can file a complaint against the dentist and get referred to a different one.
