For the past 3 hours I have been praying to Jesus continuously to help end my toothache. However, the toothache doesn't stop. I don't have dental insurance. Why is Jesus not answering my prayer?

Jesus isn't a dentist. If you are in pain, you need to go to the dentist now. Even if you have no insurance, it will be cheaper than dealing with the consequences of what will happen once the tooth gets really bad.
