Lol, no! Don't waste your money! I've lived in Missouri all my life and have only felt an earthquake ONCE! And it was actually just VERY faint tremors from an earthquake in another state. No, you'd just be wasting your money. However, you might want to get tornado insurance if you insist on getting some kind of natural disaster insurance. Or flood (highly unlikely but conceivable, specially since there was one in Ozark last week...)
I'd guess that your house is 10 times more likely to be sucked up by a tornado than rattled down by an earthquake.
Or, you COULD take the money you were going to spend on insurance and put it in a CD at your bank and at the end of 10-15 years you'd have enough money to pay for repairs yourself, and STILL have your money, not the insurance company!!!
