Default What kind of bond do i need for a janitorial business?

I want to start buffing stores for myself and was wondering what kind of bonding I need. surety or fidelity. I am not going to have any employees only myself. also I want to be insured. what is an average monthly payment for being bonded for as little as possible. also average insurance a month for liability for 100,000 dollars or a million dollars. thanks
