Personally, I blame insurance companies...and whoever the folks are that assign those flood probability ratings.

I'm sure most, if not all insurance company's specifically deny payment in case of "acts of God".

That is a very interesting response. There are some little know facts about rainbows that the general population does not know about. Such as rainbows ARE responsible for the extinction of dinosaurs and unicorns.

When Noah was collecting all of the different type of animals for the ark, God created a trans-Atlantic rainbow in order that animals located in North,Central, and South America could make it to the Ark. However, the dinosaurs and unicorns were some of the last animals to cross this trans-Atlantic rainbow bridge and when the dinosaurs and unicorns were halfway across God turned off the rainbow.
