I am in TN, a state that requires at least two people to form a group for health insurance. I have a group policy through my company. Our two employees quit and my two partners are wanting out. If I continue to operate the comany as a single individual will I lose my eligibility for an insurance group or can I keep it alive as a single member?

As a single member you cannot continue the group policy , so you would have to hire some new person or either change the policy that will also be possible.
