Is there any company that will give me Holiday Insurance ? I had a irregular heart beat in November 2010 ..nothing since and I am Diabetes 2 ..with no problems as yet ,

There are many companies who will give this cover, but they will all ask more questions about the irregular heartbeat - how was it treated, were you admitted to hospital, are you still getting treatment or have you undergone surgery, etc - as it was within the last 6 months. Diabetes is not a problem to most travel insurers. But again, be prepared for them to ask how it is treated, how long ago it was diagnosed, what consequences of diabetes have you suffered (for example eyesight problems, blood clots, etc) and whether you have ever been hospitalized for this.

Best not to try on the Internet as it is too easy to get caught out with medical conditions like these - speak to a local insurance broker who will deal with various insurance companies and shop about for the best quote on your behalf. There is normally no charge for quotes.
