We make too much for Family Health Plus...what is Healthy New York? Also any other, low cost, options out there?
OK, so i am not looking for idiotic remarks...i KNOW there is no such thing as LOW cost, but 400 bucks a month seems high, there has to be other options out there...Family health plus is FREE to most who don't make shit or even work at all...I'm trying to make an honest living and do not have the option of health care through work...was looking for ideas on what else is out there...I've searched and searched and have NO clue what is the right way to go...

The only "low cost" options out there, are welfare health insurance plans.

New York sets the rates for health insurance. $400 a month for a FAMILY, isn't insurance, in NY. $400 a month is the INDIVIDUAL rate, for an adult, between 26 and 64. Regardless of their health. That's how NY regulates health insurance.
